We will normally process and dispatch your order within two working days of order placement, subject to stock availability. Actual delivery times after dispatch will depend on carrier used, and delivery address. Typically : Mainland UK deliveries take 1-2 working days. Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take one or two days longer. International order delivery times vary upon destination
The above table is a guide to individual items and their respective weights, so the weight of your order will be the sum of it's parts. e.g. In the above example, if your order was for a Drain Pump and a Belt, then the total delivery charge would be £4.95.
Following acceptance of your order, TDSpares will send you a separate "delivery confirmation" email to notify you of delivery details. .
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place Monday through Saturday excluding holidays at the delivery, or alternative delivery address stated on the Order Form.
If TDSpares accepts your order, please allow us 7 working days to deliver the goods to you, always provided that TDSpares cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes and shall not be liable for failure to deliver within such estimated delivery time period.This shall be no later than twenty eight (28) days following acceptance of your order, unless you are contacted by TDSpares via email, phone or fax to arrange otherwise.

Upon delivery of the Goods you must carefully inspect them. If any of the Goods do not match the description or appear to be damaged, do not use the Goods and please us our contact page to inform us of the problem.

If you suspect that you have received the wrong parts, please DO NOT RETURN UNTIL you have contacted us. There may be some reason for the part looking different.
Examples:
The manufacturer may have introduced recent design changes.
The part may now be universal across the manufacturer's range.
The part may look completely different but still fit and perform the same function.
We can check the part numbers against your model number to confirm compatibility.
This process will avoid unnecessary costs to yourself if you do not need to return them. But please contact us to let us know of the problem first!
